Boys Middle School Volleyball Program

              Registration Date: Monday, March 15, 2010

                  Time:                       7:00 to 7:30 pm

     Location: East Moriches Elementary School  

          523 Montauk Hwy(across from Adelaide Ave) East Moriches, NY 11940

      Cost:                       $150 per player

           This program designed to teach middle school players the
           skills of volleyball. Each player will receive instruction and
           game play along with t-shirt, shorts & kneepads 
                            

   Program Dates:   March 15, 22, April 5, 12, 19, 26
                               May 3, 10, 17, 24 

   Time:                7:30 to 9:30pm  

            To expedite the registration process, 

     the following information is necessary:

          All Players must register with GEVA (www.geva.org). 

          Register as a new user.
          The registration process is done completely online.                    
          Once completed click on the links under "forms" to print. 
          Print out the registration and  medical release forms
           you must  bring all forms to registration completed, 
            no blanks.

               Do Not pay the Registration Fee
